Childcare
At 42, we are dedicated to increasing the representation of women in tech. However, one of the obstacles that we have identified is the challenge that women face in finding appropriate childcare while studying. This issue not only affects women but also those who may not have access to affordable childcare.
To address this challenge, we are exploring ways to support childcare through our partnership with Friends of 42. Our goal is to offer free childcare services for the 28-day Piscine program. For a contribution of just $1000, you can provide full childcare for one child of a Piscine participant.

Code on Country
At 42, we are deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, and one of our key focus areas is providing tech education to First Nations people. We believe that everyone should have access to the opportunities that the tech industry provides, and we are passionate about breaking down barriers to entry for underrepresented groups.
We are currently developing a Code on Country program that will bring tech education opportunities directly to First Nations communities.

Tech Lab Development
At 42, our aim is to provide our students with the fundamental skills they need to build a successful tech career. We believe that learning how to learn is a critical component of this. However, in addition to this, we also recognize the importance of keeping our students exposed to the latest technologies and tools that they will encounter in the industry.
To achieve this goal, we are committed to creating our own tech lab. Our tech lab will be equipped with cutting-edge tools and equipment such as 3D printers and robotics. We are reaching out to our Friends of 42 to help us develop our tech lab and provide our students with the resources they need to succeed in their future careers.

Device Growth Fund
At nearly 2 years old, 42 has experienced tremendous growth, with over 350 students enrolled in our programs. However, as with all technology, we understand the importance of staying ahead of the curve and continually updating and upgrading our devices to ensure that our students receive the best possible learning experience.
We are committed to thinking forward and investing in our learning devices to continue providing an optimal learning experience for our students. By upgrading and expanding our systems, we will be better equipped to continue expanding and accommodating the growing numbers of students who wish to enroll in our programs.
